A Little Bit About Me:: I'm a mixture of things. I've got an academic side (BSc in Computer Science with Information Engineering), I'm an IT pro (member of the BCS and a qualified computer engineer) and I've been known to do a lot of volunteering (numerous things in my university's student union). I've got an artistic side too as I write poetry, bits of philosophy and I do a lot of photo manipulation. Apart from that, I like to socialise and experience new things.

Oh - I'm also a brown belt in Karate.

None of them really strike me. I don't really know who the client is or anything, but here's what I would think if I were the client.

The big red X is going to be the most powerful image in your logo, so you're on the right track in making it the most dominant image.

I'd change the following:
1) Font, you don't do much variation in fonts between your options and the font you've chosen is a weak one for a display font. I'd suggest something like Impact or Futura. What you're looking for is a lean sans-serif font without a tail on the "t"
2) Align the center of the "o" in Vote with the axis point on the X.
3) Keep the X Symmetrical. The example you have in option 3 is a decent font choice. I'd stay away from stylizing the X too much. It's the foundation of your design, you don't want to unbalance it.

Aside from that, it's not clear to me what your logos are trying to say about your product. Which is to say, simplify and centralize your design. That will guide you a lot better than anything I've said above.
